Your privacy is important to us. The JP Russell Learning Center is powered by QualityWBT Center for Education. Both entities take learner privacy seriously. Since our founding in 2000, we have never sold, distributed, donated, or given away any private information we collected to third party marketing entities. And we never will.
We are an accredited learning center authorized to provide Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to learners. Because of this, we must collect and retain certain information to be held accountable to IACET standards, and must retain that information for at least 7 years.
We retain information to track progress/completion of your educational classes as proof of any CEUs or accomplishments you successfully achieved with us. We may also utilize emails provided for our own marketing purposes (of which you may opt out at any time if you did not when you first enrolled).
If you fall under California’s Civil Code sections 1798.83 – 1798.84, we do not share your information with any third parties for marketing purposes. So rest assured.
If you fall under GDPR, and you would like to request information you provided under the contractual agreement to be removed, please contact us for all of the options available so we can take care of your needs.
