This class is focused on methods and techniques to conduct successful quality, safety, and environmental process audits for assessment or verification purposes. Internal and external process audits provide very valuable information to management and oversight organizations. Students should have already completed a basic audit training class such as Internal Auditing Basics or be an experienced auditor. The techniques presented in this class can be used by auditors who conduct internal, supplier and certification audits. A section on Verification/Validation audits has been included because of special processes and supply chain risks. The class is not specific to any performance standard; however, ISO 9001 example controls are used for convenience. The Process Auditing Techniques course consists of a series of lessons, illustrations, diagrams, examples, supplemental handout information, interactive exercises and quizzes. A handy desk reference and QualityWBT Glossary are included in the class as pdf files. Successful completion of the class will result in a certificate for 8 contact hours (.8 CEUs). The subscription length is 90 days.
