The course is designed to provide an understanding and assessment of the strategic and tactical issues facing an organization that is considering transitioning from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015.  The course is intended for top managers, audit program managers and auditors interested in learning the factors their organization may face implementing ISO 9001:2015. The course uses risk-based thinking as emphasized by the ISO 9001:2015 clause 6.1.  The course consists of a series of lessons, illustrations, diagrams, examples, supplemental handout information and quizzes. A handy desk reference is included in the class as a pdf file. Successful completion of the class will result in a certificate for 1 contact hours (0.1 CEUs). The subscription period for the class is 90 days (plus one free 30-day subscription extension, if needed).

Learning Outcomes
Managers and auditors will able to:

  • Discuss strategic and tactical organizational issues for transitioning to ISO 9001:2015.
  • Identify the risks and opportunities involved with transitioning from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015.
